New begin on website!!

Here a new atempt for a new website!! I have only the header at the moment!! (But DC it's Liquid in some way :P )

very nice looking, but loads way too slow for dial-up and a bit slow over the big cable. Look at you image sizes and see if you can compress, reduce colour palettes & otherwise make them slower.

It's a great begin, nice colors, the site loads fast, the liquid design works fine.

I tried to resist.

But I'm impressed.

The page is liquid, but the way it slides is wonderfully mechanical. I almost expect to hear a "snick" as it opens and closes.

You should fire some 'lorem ipsum' style content in the main section so that you can work on how to make the content scroll within the cell. I'd suggest a div with overflow:auto in there.

visual design:9/10 (very stylish!)
cross-browser:8/10 (OK in IE6 and Mozilla)
accessibility & usability: 3/10
The bottom bar disappears at 1024 x 768.
The fonts and colour contrast on the menubar make them almost unreadable at higher resolutions.
If you override the font settings and force your own colours and fonts, the site breaks. For accessibility it should be possible for a user to continue to get value from the site with all the formatting turned off.
