I just installed and have been 'kicking the tires'.
I highlight a menu item and hit F1.
Then get the following message:
"Cannot find the H:\Win32\RoboHELP Office\RoboHELP\1st Look\1ST LOOK.HLP file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?"
I installed to C: so I searched the drive & do not find the file anywhere.
Any ideas ????
Thanks
Do you have a program called RoboHELP office installed on your machine at all??

No, I do not have that program installed.
1. Try to unstall
2. Turn off all startup program.
3. Turn off all program that running.
4. install only on c: or d: drive. (not on h: drive) Are you on network? don't use it. It must be stand alone.
p.s. Watch your install information. Is should be c: drive (default).
It should be place under program dir. If not, then something is wrong with you computer.

When you installed 1st page, did you have any other programs running?

No! When ever I install the program, I do not let other program running. This including virus check.
You can check the start bar tack. If any program running, those item will show up on tack bar and need to be closes. This is important.
The icon on the right side of Start bar, you should close some of it down. You can check on Startup by going to startup dir. If any icon show with startup dir., you need to close it out. I reconment to do this. Any remand icon shoud be left along. There are part of the system.
Good luck.

This is the site for RoboHelp (http://www.ehelp.com/)
It appears you must have a registry entry or something that points to a helpfile utility by these folks.
