Hi!
I developer a web page for my wife using .NET technology. However Evrsoft's 1st page provided the design. ;)
The most important response I would like to get is how to improve the functionality of the web page.
Also, I test the web page with Netscape and Opera. If you have problems viewing it - let me know.
Occasionally (more often than I would like) this web page is down because the hosting company is still learning how to support .NET.
Here the address: www.homes4fun.com (http://www.homes4fun.com)
Thanks!

The goods news is it works just fine on IE6 (as you would hope for .net).
The layout is generally clear and friendly. Especially good that you have made the fonts scalable.
A couple of little things:
In 800x600 the right panel disappears. You can solve this by making the width of the centre panel a percentage rather than absolute.
The text around the house pictures on the right is very difficult to read against the background. Try a simpler background and a more contrasting font colour.
Try to get all the important information on your home page into the top of the browser window so it can be seen without scrolling. This is called "above the fold" and here is a good article on it. http://www.robson.org/gary/web/stretching.html.
I guess a "bonus" of making it all the way to the bottom is the dancing smiley - not sure how valuable this is on a commercial website.

Good site. I must confess I think I have seen that Jeep roaming the highways of the Puget Sound area!
One thing you may want to try and while I can't give you tips on how to do it I'm sure someone here can, clean up the John L. Scott logo. There's some white around it.
The page seemed a little too big for my monitor but that's okay.
Great job!

This was cool! I will experiment further with the page. And the Jeep will keep driving ;) Honk when you see it - it will be either Laura or me (or both)!
Thanks for the clean up! As you can see I am not a graphic artist. This was extremely nice of you!
