2 character domain names

Does anybody know how to register a 2 character domain name i.e. www.bt.com ?

There are a few people with these domain names registered, but I cant seem to find a registrar that will allow me to register a 2 character domain name.

Any thoughts ?

Try my favourite registar www.names.co.uk they allow two character names.

You can only have a two character name if you have a .com, .org or .net and I tried a few combinations and they where all taken.
