I've been using 1st Page for about two years now ... and am
(like the rest of the world! btw It's VERY BIG!!) ....
... waiting for 1st Page 3 (XP or what ever you call it!) but in the mean time. I'd like to add my own tools to the tabbed pallet in Expert mode!!! - I've searched, and added and edited, but I simply can't find a way to do it!
You can edit the existing TABS and either add or subtract existing tools, or even move them to other TABS! What I want to be is create NEW ONES! ...
Can this be done??

When you say tabs, do you mean the toolbars (like lists, fonts etc) via the toolbar editor?.
It will allow you to create new toolbars which you can name whatever you wish.. :)

HI Andy ...
What I want to do is add tool bar functions ...
(via a new TAB in the tool bar)
The new tool bar functions I want to add are from a set of php fuunctions from programme called pMachine ....
A couple of the script headers are as follows ...
<? php weblog_entries($id, "weblog"); ?>
<? php weblog_search($id, "weblog"); ?> ... so it goes on.
So to recap I'd like to be able to add NEW toolbar elements.
Do you know how this can be done?

Hi Terry.. sorry, i didnt understand before but now see what you want to do, like add custom buttons to your toolbars.
I dont 'think' its possible although would make a good feature.
If anyone else has done this though, can they post here cos it would be very usefull..
