First thing, why is this a poll :p
And second you should probably look around the net for HTML tutorials. Perhaps starting here http://www.cs.tut.fi/~jkorpela/html-primer.html

Anything that teaches you <font> and <center> tags should be skipped, and so should anything that teaches you to code in ALL CAPS!
Tags like <font> and <center> are depreciated in HTML 4.0, better alternatives are <div>s and stylesheets.
http://www.webmonkey.com has some good stylesheet tutorials.

The best way and the only way to learn html is through trial and error or a hands on coarse, those confusing online guides just simply pisss me off cus everyone seems to have there own tutorial. If you look at it differently can u learn to skate by reading skating for dummies no. Can you learn to skate by going onto the ice and falling alot yes. **** the manuals TRIAL AND ERROR!!!!

To reject HTML Tutorials simply demonstrates your immaturity. If you do not know HTML syntax, how do you know what words to learn. You cannot start at the beginning of the dictionary and keep trying words (and falling down) until you learn HTML.
If you are truly interested in learning HTML, then go thru several of the good tutorials recommended here or on The Tools (http://dev.home.mindspring.com) page. None of these tutorials were written by anyone here to my knowledge, so there is no "tooting of ones own horn".
Again, if you are interested in learning, study and get an HTML education, it you are simply cluttering up the forum, ignore them and continue down the path you are on.
I have no intention of being mean spirited, just giving you the hard truth.
