Oh my, well first things first, get rid of the clock that follows the mouse pointer. Yes it looks fancy for about 5 seconds but it just gets annoying after that.

Next try to keep the style of the page consistant throughout, it just looks odd otherwise.

Also I would suggest cutting down on the moving things, on some pages if I move the mouse it causes severe lag, and I'm not exactly running a slow system. However I think it is mostly the clocks fault.

Moving backgrounds are really a big no, they are distracting, and definatly slow the system down because they are constantly redrawing.

I'd say it needs a lot of work, and a lot less distractions.

Whoa. I think you got a bit carried away with those special effects. I thought I was going to have a seizure when I moused over on some of your spectral links. lol. Just too "busy" is all. But if that is what YOU wanted then you should keep it that way. If you are happy with the site then you should keep it like you want it.

I don't like the background. And not the clock. And not some other things but as Waves said, if you're happy with it like it is;)

Interesting use of effects, but can be annoying.

I believe in the kiss method

Only problem I had with it other than the background images (as other have said though, if you're happy with it...) was the load time. I'm on a T1 here at work and it took a while to load. I'd hate to think of what the load time would be like on a dialup.

I like the top navigation bar. I don't like the clock.
The scroll bar is too bright and the color is incompatible with the lavender homepage. Make the colors match. Otherwise, I love the content. You are very good at building pages, just over-kill.
I wish I knew all the tricks that you know! :)

P.S. I also agree with the others, it is not our opinions that matter; it is yours. :*D: :*D:

Nice clock, but irritant after a while.
I should use equal colors. In time, you maybe will change it, like I did.

I mostly agree with what the others said, not that my opinion matters. If you like it then by all means keep it. Just want to note some of my own annoyances:

When you mouse over the link, the different colors effect might be cool on a dark background, but not on the ones you've got going.

You might consider solid background colors rather than images. Images make it hard to read the text.

The drop down menu is cool. :) You should keep that.

Again, these are just my opinions. It's your site, do what you will with it. :)

I like the menu. But you might want to regulate the width of the site using a table or something to avoid the unsightly spread look in higher resolution (i.e. I browse in 1280 x 1024)
