I have recently received a new email addy. I need to change my old email address to the new one on like a 100 pages where my email addy appears approx 8 times per page. What is the easiest way to do this with out having to do each update individually.

NoteTab (www.notetab.com) is a freeware to 19$US text editor, depending on the version you want. The free version lacks dictionary and thesaurus functions, the standard version 9$US has those, and the pro version has syntax highlighting, a much larger file size limit, and is faster at some functions.

But the thing you are looking for is global search and replace. It will do a replace of yourname@somewhere.com to yourname@somewherenew.com in all *.htm files in a directory and optionally any subdirectories.

Use it wisely - you have been warned
It can be search and destroy just as easily as search and replace!
