If you could be a little more specific, perhaps I could assist you.

Are you receiving an error message, and if so, what type? You could use a screen capture to get the message if you don't want to write it down.

If you are not receiving an error message, exactly what is transpiring?

It is assumed that you shut down all open programs prior to attempting to install, didn’t you? That would also include AV programs. You no doubt downloaded the program. Your download could be bad. Try deleting it, do a defrag of your HD and then download it again.

If you have Norton available, you might want to run WinDoctor and let it check your registry prior to installation. I have heard of bad entries in the registry causing problems before.

Get back to us when you have further data on this phenomenon.

Assuming you UNZIPPED the file...you should just be able to run the SETUP.exe file and 1st Page should intall itself almost automatically...
