Where's the Download?

Does anyone know where I can download a copy of 1st page 2000? I lost my copy and can't find a download site that works.

That doesn't work - is there anyone out there who has the installer - I think I can provide a mirror within a month if I can get the file. Or someone could just put it on GeoCities. It's better than nothing.
