Oh!
Okey...
www.host.sk: press the 'registracia' (register) button at the very top part of the page (it's the middle one).
On the next page, scroll down and press the 'suhlaslm' (agree) button (the left one).
On the next page, you'll have both Slovak and English so I guess here your problems with this site end.
www.by.ru: find the place in the page where you can enter login and password, and click the second link under it, or just go to http://by.ru/join/.
On that page, the first field is the Login, the next is the Email (must be valid), the one two following are Password and Password confirmation, the last on is ( ) Name or ( ) Nick (Tick one) and the the Name or The Nick.
www.dal.ru & www.tk are in English so I guess there will be no problem with them...
On any questions, feel free to ask me.
Thanks,PHP hosting site is helpful to me:p

DigitalRice (http://www.digitalrice.com) :no ad, php, asp, cgi-bin. only problem is they only give u 5mb to start and cost you $25/year for 100MB of Web Space, 50MB of MySQL Database, and a Custom 404 Error Page.

I had Brinkster before but they cancel it or something. Very bad uptime when I did have it.
I came across this site this week.
http://www.webstrikesolutions.com/
Has anyone dealt with them? Sounds like a pretty good deal.
$30 setup with a free year of hosting. 100 mb, 2GB of transfer, unlimited email. After 1 year the price goes to $8 a month.
They also offer a very similar plan for resellers.
I was just wondering if anyone is familiar with the quality of their service.
www.g-hosting.net - very nice, a few plans. the one i'm on is asp, php, mysql(1)(space is limited, part of overall), perl, cgi, 300mb, 3gigs of bw a month, 98%uptime guarantee, no setup fee. friendly.(usually)

I know this post should be for free hosting, however, i have been using MICD hosting and it works very well. check them out if you want as they are real cheap. the most expencive plan is something like $35 for an entire year. they support sql, cgi, php, and a whole mess of other things. I have to admit that I only fart around with html and i'm not really that good. but I have been able to learn a lot using the features included with the hosting package.

I use
Lycos (Tripod)UK, which have always been reliable.
Hypermart - reliable, but have a pop-up as well as a banner
bizhosting - uptime seems OK, but you can never log onto your member control panel. Don't know how their customers manage who are using their upload/site building utilities!
I wish hosts (and directories of hosts) would show max file size allowed as well as bandwidth - as an ebook writer, that info is more important to me than a lot of the very techie stuff that is beyond my newbie brain!

Check
http://www.freewebs.com
The freebie has a lot of features, and no pops or forced ads. 40M space (email them to upgrade to 100M, still free) and 500M bandwidth per month.
And for about $40 per year (yeah, not per month), you can upgrade.
