I have downloaded first transfer twice. Whenever I hit the upload icon, i get the message that first transfe is not saved on my computer, even though it is. What can I do?

Where did you save or install it?

I should have been more explicit - did you save / install it in the 1st Page directory - it has to be there for the program to find it. BTW - there are much better FTP programs out there. Check ByteWizard's Tool Page (http://dev.home.mindspring.com/) for some good suggestions.
