Look inside the source, find the stylesheet file, download it, look inside it.
If after that you'll still won't understand, feel free to ask for explanations in the forums :cool:

EDIT: Oops, I haven't notice your last post, nevermind then :shy:

Here's a site I found long ago that does some neat rollover stuff using CSS:

There's some good graphics tutorials there, too.
