Am I being thick or can we do a page on any subject, any purpose and using whatever we want - Javascript, DHTML etc?

I would also suggest that there be a content of a set size that must be included and that a certain variety of stuctural elements like:
h1, h2
p
ul or ol, li
div
as well as inline content like
a
img
span
address
be required.
We need to define a fairly exact set of specs such as no inclusion of iframe of other external content, etc. Everyone should have the same playing field. Also, we need to allow sufficeint time, a lot of folks will be on vacation.

Sorry - I didn't make myself clear - I didn't mean restricting to just those elements I meant that they should be minimum requirements. It is sort of like having required moves in a gymnastics routine - you can do anything else as well, but you have to be able to do a press to handstand, forward flip in the layout position . . . As for iframe content - I just wanted to point out that you shouldn't be able to bulk-up your page with content that is not part of the html+css+img page weight. Also - we should determine what the official meter of page-weight is to be, and which type of "K" we are using 1000 or 1024 bytes.
Just some further random musings . . .

I don't have any strong feelings about this - I just thought it would give an opportunity to have different styled items on the page.
As for the page weight - is there some way of determining the exact size of a loaded page in any of the browsers? I haven't been able to find any but haven't looked very hard either.
