Quick Design Mode Missing!

Evrsoft talks about a "Quick Design Mode" in http://www.evrsoft.com/1stpage/layout_design.shtml, but I have not the "Quick Design" tab; I have only "Edit", "Preview" and "Reference".

Does anybody know how to activate "Quick Design Mode"?

dunno if this is what you mean and aplogises if it isnt but in the edit mode in the advanced mode is a small magnifying glass on a page this activates a kind of WYSIWYG mode where changes to the page that you type in are echoed on the top half of a split window.
