Ok call me a complete noob, but that is what I am. Heres my question.

I have a website, I have a pretty good understanding of HTML.

My question is HOW do I publish the changes to my website. I have a FTP site, I have made the changes i want with 1st page, but I dont know how to upload them to my website.

Anyhelp would be great.
Thanks

Simple - Download an FTP (file trasnfer protocol) program if you don't already have one (which you should since you have a site already):

1st Transfer (http://www.evrsoft.com/1stpage/modules/) - 1st Page 2000 Integrated FTP Module (kinda buggy - unreliable)

SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com)

WS_FTP (http://www.ftpplanet.com/download.htm)

CuteFTP (http://www.cuteftp.com/cuteftp)

AceFTP3 (http://freeware.aceftp.com/)

Connect to your server (web host where your site is located) using this software and upload your updated pages (most if not all of the above programs support split view (client & server) D&D operations) so just drag your updated pages from the client (your hard drive) to the server. If the pages have the same name the updated version will simply overwrite the existing page - so no need to delete.
