I am still uploading various pages and that so.....if there is a page not found give it a minute

Always fun having your own website :)

A couple of things I would suggest -

1) Use a lighter blue for links or light green/yellow, as they are hard to see against black background.

2) Move links to top of parent frame.

3) Turn off your scroll bar on the body as you currently get 2 scroll bars.

Future suggestion - move away from using frames.
