I have a full scanned book pages in which I have to make some changes for my new publication. From where I can do this?

Hi, I am sure that you are having troubles on your pages. All you have to do is to go to google. After search for pdf to word converter. This is for free and easy to use. All you have to od is to upload it per page. Though, I am currently working on searching on the different ways on how to do it per bulk.

You can edit your document in photoshop as you have scanned it so definitely it is an image.
