Reseller Hosting

I am currently hosted at http://livin4.com/ and their service is OK. Not good enough to keep my business and im looking for a host with a reseller account under $20. I was looking at http://www.buzzsawhosting.com/reseller/ and was wondering if anyone has had any good/bad experiences with them. Also if you have any suggestions for a host please let me know.
