Opened your page

1) Nice Colouring, did like it, as nice and simple.

2) huh whats this all about, no spiel to tell me.

3) very busy home page, partly due to right hand column being a bit close to the centre.

By this time I had clicked on a link, then on FAQ and determined what this site was about.

4) No search facility. I can hear this in the back of someones mind - "Hey I come to your site and I am looking for some hosting information." Could of got the same info by doing a search in google.

Why not make your home page a search page where I can choose from categories of what I am looking for, say how many GB;s of space, bandwidth, PHP support, MySQL, unlimited emails, etc, etc.

I realise that it changes many aspects of how you collect information from your advertisers, but that would be why I would come to your site. I can enter and match what I want with plans on offer.

At the very least please put something on home page about what the site is all about

Yes, very nice. Good color scheme with the white and green dominant and odd specks of gray/black and orange. Although I would alter that button as it kind of stands out too much. Perhaps lower the boarder width and change the color, many sites do that, and it seems to look a whole lot better.
