Dissapearing Code Window

Hiya folks.

I just formatted my computer and reinstalled 1stpage but now, when I open it the window that shows the code doesn't show up. Despite all of my efforts, I can't figure this out =|

Has this happened to anyone else here, and how do I get the code editor window open?

Try creating a new document the editing window will then appear or open en existing html file.

When I try to make a new document, or open one, it acts as if it opens but still theres no code area. =|

Which mode do you use?

I use hardcore, but the same thing happens in all of the other modes =/

Is there an option somewhere to 'view code window' or something?

Select the Optoins menu then general program preferences

In the start up tab check that the start a new document at start up is ticked. The OK that, shut down then restart 1st page.

I've tried that too, still, it just acts as if it's open (you can switch between the documents).

I've noticed your opening a PHP file as far as I know 1st page doesn't support PHP. Does the same thing happen when opening HTML or CSS files?

Yes, the same thing happens. I've used 1st page before to edit php files, so that shouldnt be a problem anyways...

And this is my third time uninstalling/reinstalling to fix this =/

Hmm, I suppose it just needed a good, old fashioned restart.
