I know there are a bunh of things we need to fix but I would like to know if anyone thinks we are heading in the right direction. The site originally had no purpose and after a while of talking it over with the co-owner we decided to make it the way it is. I know the search is crap and some of the links don't work but the upload script works. I'd just like to hear what you guys think about it.

I have a question for you. How do you prevent people from uploading too much and using up your server space (either maliciously or with the intent of saving space on their host)?
The upload was slow ... but then maybe that is the way you want it.

We actually screen everything that is uploaded and keep tabs on IP address in case we need to IP ban later.

The images are good, but it do takes some time to load the site.
In my opinion there is too less on your site.
Make some sub-sites or something.
It's so empty.
But that is just my opion.

hmm, to much boxes, and the images are not that sharp, looks a bit fuzzy.
I particularly don't like the color combination, but everyone has his choice.
The idea is not bad, but the site needs some improvement and loads slowly.

On an 800x600 screen resolution there is a horazontal scrollbar which is annoying when trying to read something.
Broken link on

to the terms and services.

solution:
<style type="text/css">
body {
overflow-x: hidden;
}
</style>
Or something like that.

Won't that totally get rid of the scrollbar and keep you from scrolling the page to view the rest of the content?

The site has horizontal scrolling because of how it was built. If you were to hide the scrollbar, part of the site would be hidden as a result.
There's not really anything that can be done to fix horizontal scrolling except for making a Liquid Site (http://www.digital-web.com/tutorials/tutorial_1999-10.shtml) that adjusts to any resolution.
If you're serious and would like help venturing into something like this, I would be glad to help you, but it takes time and patience.
On your site, who you are, what you do, your purpose isn't really clearly stated. I guess part of it is due to the fact that the boxes on the left that contain the info people need to know, look like advertissements. As a result, your homepage doesn't look like it contains much.
<style type="text/css"><!--
BODY {font-family:"Arial"; font-size:14;}
P.text {font-family:"Arial"; font-size:14; margin-left:0px; margin-top:0px;}
--></style> You don't need to declare the same font properties twice.

We never meant this page to be much. We wanted it to be as simple as possible. The entire idea of the site was to help people out for free.

I'll have to talk to the co-owner of the site. I think he'll like the idea and we would very much appreciate help in any form. I'll get back to you tommorow as my time is limited at this second.

Your site looks much better now that you fixed the resolution problem. Other than that the only problems are the large images(try optimizing them) and the broken links.

Nice website. Took about 15 seconds to load that X Load thing. Seems your website is under construction.
