View Full Version : Printing problems - browser specific

This is my first post, so I hope this makes sense.

Working on the website for work (Top page):
http://www.iacr.ac.uk/ppi/ppiindex.htm
These tend to look fine on the screen, however when you print them (A4 size here in the UK), text and images are obviously outside the right margin and get chopped.
1. Is there an easy way to restrict (compress?) info within page margins?
2. Aren't browsers supposed to do this automatically?
3. Is this browser specific?

...help? (and thanks for any).

Thanks for the reply. How do I go about learning how to set out the page in CSS (as you may have noticed, I am a Plant Pathologist and not a Computer geek!...but I like to dabble).
Also, thanks for the info on the use of the images for the links (this was done previously by someone other than myself)....I had realised about that and intend to change them as soon as I can.
Once again, many thanks for your suggestions.
