Why do some have avatars and others do not?

It's easy any pic you have can be turned into an avater. Different boards have different sizes I think this board is 95x95 but it could be a little smaller. it is definatly larger than 80x80

Click 'user cp' at the top of this screen.
Click the tab 'edit option's'

Scroll all the way down, and then, on the right side, there is a button with 'chance avatar'.

Thanks for the info on avatars. But there weren't any there. It showed 1 of 0. I did upload one of my own.:p
