Here is a site I built a few weeks ago. Tell me what you think.

Your link to all your PHP-Nuke Resources and Support. We now offer a new service to our members. We will install and configure a Nuke site at your request for a small fee.

It looks rather good, if a bit 'busy'.

And the page took ages to load fully via my 56k modem (steam-driven I know, but lots of us are still slowcoaches).

Your new admin person doesn't like spell-checks :-)

Oops!

If you're after reactions and comments, perhaps you should have posted in the Reviews and Showcase forum?

Best of luck with the site.

If your php has errors who would pay you to install something for them?

I have taken note of Smokey's comments and have asked for a retraction and apology. That is not the way we behave on this forum.

And Azlatin 2000, I have removed your response, you have been here long enough to know that getting into flaming matches in not appropriate on this forum. It is the moderator's job to deal with offensive material and you don't do that by slinging it back at them.

As for Azlatin's assertion that there are problems in your code - I offer the attachment below. Also, I found your site very slow to load the first time, and I have 1Mbit ADSL.

I didn't mean a javascript error i meant the the php parser gave an error.

Since there was no response here, I joined Smokey's board. He has a forum with a complaint's section. I posted a complaint about him on his own board. :OO I figure it lasted about an hour at most before it was removed.

A real class act, wouldn't everyone agree?

I have seen this kind many times before... what he wrote was "Here is a site I built a few weeks ago. Tell me what you think.", when what he *actually* meant was "Here is a site I built a few weeks ago. Tell me how much it rocks, and that I am a God"

yes especially as he posted it in the Cool Sites section and not Site Reviews.

The color choices are nice, but the attitude is not needed. You asked for a review. I got the javascript error that DC mentioned. I did not see a PHP error, but I'm not saying that there is or isn't there.

I think the site is a bit busy also. The flashing stoplights draw attention away from content. I follow the Keep it simple rule.
Just my opinion. For what its worth.
