Hi,
the nameserver for my registrar is
Primary: ns3.ukdnsservers.co.uk
Secondary: ns4.ukdnsservers.co.uk
and my hosting name server is
Primary Nameserver: ns7.rdns4.net
Secondary Nameserver: ns8.rdns4.net
which is better, what do you recommend????
Thanx

Use it for what? Not sure I understand the question.
Your hosting provider's DNS servers will be more accurate and timely for changes, in the unlikely event they relocate your site to a new IP address.

Given a choice by whom? To do what? Where is it that you are entering this information?

I think i know what you are trying to get at. If you register your own nameservers or if you have to use their name instead. Did you buy the option for your own nameservers. Talk to the host provider for this info. Hopefully they respond.
