Hi all, I'm wondering, do I have to convert all my images to gif format before adding them to my website? I'm havin' trouble putting my jpeg's on the page. I had my image once but I tried to tweak it. Now I just get the alt= in my image box. I guess I should delete the image from my site folder and start from scratch. Can I use jpeggs without converting them to gif format? Kent from NW Missouri.

I solved my own problem of course. to other newbies; make sure the final image you insert into your page is not monkeyed with. Once you manipulate it, that seems to be the only version the page will accept. Also if you're new to style sheets like I am, in order to make your css link to your pages make sure to save the sheet in the "root directory the file that contains all your info. I learned the hard way. It sure would have saved a lot of time if I knew what I was doing in the first place! Live and learn. If anybody has any problems feel free to email me. I'm learning too.
