I cannot reach any of the eversoft sites using my home pc, but at work using dial up I have no problems. At home I always get an error message stating the site isn't available. Any suggestions? :smack:

Make sure your browser isn't using a weird messed up proxy, it also may be that your isp doesn't have the dns of the site. At home try using the ip.

I checked the proxy everything seems ok. This is my isp's dial up service that I'm using shouldn't the dns be the same. I tried the ip it didn't work.
Do you think it has anything to do with the router I use at home.
Thanks

If you can access other sites but not this one, it is probably not your router unless it has some feature to block sites. Check your HOSTS file in your system32/ directory (if on windows) and make sure your firewall or browser aren't blocking the site for some reason. Try getting another browser such as Mozilla or Mozilla Firefox (if you were using M$IE before).
Are you saying that you use the same isp at home and work? If you are then its probably not the dns, otherwise thats the most common answer. But since you tried the ip directly then it should have worked so i have no idea whats causing it.

I will check the HOSTS file when I get home today. My default browser on my home system is Firefox. At home I use use Swbell Dsl and at work I use Swbell dialup.
Thanks for the help.
