the link it only opens it up in Frame A, not frame B. Can you help me with this?

isnt that the same tag? ok, im trying to do a link to a site thats not open yet i plan on opening soon, i entered the links in Frame A which is just to be used for navigation, then when i click on the link, it displays the page in Frame A instead of Frame B. I need it so when you hit the link in Frame A, the page opens it Frame B. thanks for helping

im so sorry, but i dont understand that, say that the link i want is http://www.simsandmore.com and i have my navigation frame, A, and my page frame, B, i want the link for the site to open up in Frame B could you just give me the code i need please?
