Help with Template (im a newbie)

I recently downloaded a free template off of jimworld.com. I want to edit this template in 1st page. How do I upload it into 1st page? Use clear details, please

After you have opened.... or extracted the files in the zip file....you got from jimsworld..
right click ...on the file marked index..choose ..edit with first page
