publishing...????

i am completley new to this and recently bought a domainname and created my page w/ 1st page its just a simple page that actually links to a forum.....but still can not figure out how to publish it to the server....

my domain name was purchased through doteasy.com

i have it saved as a template in 1st page....how would i go about publishing this?
