Low bandwidth preview mode

I would find it useful to be able to preview a page as it would appear if I was using a modem so that I could check it's fast enough. The idea would be to have a "variable download rate" so that I could view the page(s) as if I were modem/DSL /cable/T1 users etc.

Why dont you use something that tells you how many seconds a page will display. Are you looking or asking for this feature?

I have that feature in Dreamwweaver and Frontpage, but I dont use it. I just go by rules of the web. You can try the thread about HTML gate which i found has that feature in it.
