Hi friends,
I would like to share some useful tips of dedicated server:
1. When you start the dedicated server, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Under the 'Processes" List, change the "hlds.exe" from Normal Priority to "High"
2. If your computer has less than a gig of RAM, don't put any more than 14 slots on the server. Your computer can only handle so many.
3. Make sure to close any other programs while using it, because it makes more internet have to be diverted away from the server into this.
