A new security threat has been identified, according to this article on Sitepoint.

It seems there is no fix yet, but MS has issued a plug temporarily.

I think that if you like down your pages, such as providing a if you are not logged in then alterning a url would cause you to kick back to the login screen or main page keep the unwanted visitors out. *shrug* who knows....
