These are only two of the websites I have made but most of my creations I took off of the web.
www.cabrandt.com - Got paid 100$ to make this.... probably horribly underpaid but oh well... I'm just a kid
www.onoes.tk - My, incomplete, fansite for www.aspereta.com a very fun MMORPG!

Hopefully the cabrandt is not taken off the web, cuz thats against copyright. This should actually be in the review section and not in cool sites. onoes.tk did not come up fyi

CABrandt - Looks okay (positioning tags o plenty, wow). Text, what little there is, goes right off the screen (768x1024) causing side scrolling. Users don't much like to scroll sideways. Perhaps a liquid or jello layout, CSS.
Perhaps a few ideas for building a content driven site are in order, as it is for business. This was probably client supplied, but it serves as an excuse to explore alternatives.
A tagline: what we do. This content, true to anything which simply fills a container, could be for any kind of company. If, for example, the searcher is looking for Massachusetts CPAs, that might be a good thing for the body content. Helps with the SE's, you know. There is no earthly reason to have to go to About Us to confirm it is an accounting firm.
The mission isn't. Actually what's in the MIssion section is a nice generic introduction to what all accountants do. ...What procedure do they use to understand the business? ....What differentiates what they do from competitors? One came up with a neat "interface" to communicate vital business measures to big-picture, entreprenuer types. If the client doesn't have much of an idea about the content beyond the generic filler, then sell it to them. This way $100 can become $1,000 and up.

The tax tips section should be done as nested lists with list-images - it would save a heap of coding and get rid of the terribly awkward <br> that you are using. If you are willing to break a sweat, I'd be happy to help you with it.

Yeah .tk is being weird.

Any help you can give me to make my sites better would be nice.

I would like to learn CSS... for now I'll figure something out with IFrames or something to fix the text problem. Thanks for the inform about that problem, never noticed it before.

You mentioned that cabrandt is taken off the web so I wanted to make sure and clarify to readers of this thread that if you took it off another site, ie graphics layout style from someone else's site, you must ask for permission otherwise it is copywritted by the person who originally created it. That is saying for clarification that if you state "most of my creations I took off of the web." this might be misleading to some on what you create and what may have been stolen from the web........
as far as tk address, I never had it come up so sorry, cant give a review on what I can't see....

Oh... I see. What I meant is that I have made more sites than the ones you see here but have removed them from the web. Any templates I haven't made myself were paid for, which means exactly... 1 template. Sorry for the confusion.

Thanks Dukes for the clarity, I just wanted to make sure guest etc and members understand that we don't accept template stealing or other forms similar too. After looking again at the cabrandt one, I think a smaller image footer would be nice to compliment the top image...make a replica of top but thinner. I think it will help put content in perspective.

You mean the Gradiented bar along the top? That's an idea i might use. I can't visually change the site too much because the owners used the image I made for the top left corner as a logo for their business cards.

just make a css footer and use a small image gradient from the top bar and toll it to repeat horizontally or make full image bar either way, it will not mess with their image cards...

I know it won't I was just mentioning that I can't change it for anyone else who has any ideas that could help. I just redid it using an IFrame to fix the problem of text going off of the screen. Here is the site (http://www.cabrandt.com)

.TK addresses are being weird for some people so here is my onoes.tk site: Linkage (http://www.cabrandt.com/Aspereta/index.html) Opinions please!

Why not buy a cheap domain name?
I have.. problem is they won't let me send it to a page in a folder in the public_html folder of the host.... I've tried to get em to do it and they say they can't, I fail to see why not except that it probably has to do with something called wanting more money to be spent by me so I host with them so I can use my domain name... Ya know what I mean?

Well, I'm not sure exactly....I guess I misunderstood that the tk domain is under a sub-folder of yours instead of main publc_html folder.....
