Okay, I revised this post some from the original. All I will say is Imhosted support has done down hill in last 4 months or so. It is just an advisement. The do offer some great services, however their support team and ticket system is hard to keep topics open and thus you have to resubmit things all the time. Most ticket systems let you log in and addon or reopen topic but you dont get that with Imhosted.
All I can say is I've moved to another host as a result. If you want to know more, you can PM me about it.

Imhosted and Lypha ( same company, I'm sure they have even more names ),
has a long history of bad or non-existing support.
Ssscchhhh.......Isn't this forum hosted by Imhosted?
BTW, as a reseller why pay 60% on new accounts when so many hosts
offer you all the profit?
Move on, but watch out for bad links and fineprint ;)

I will say this, they did offer great service. its just in last 2 months that they have failed me. I'm still conversing with them on email channels to try and figure out what happened. There support generally was good and timely. I just seems a few bad apples did not know what they offered I guess. 60 percent was my cut. They only charged me 40 percent off. The main problem was they stated I can only resell up to my plan specs which is wrong and confirmed by their supervisor. I did get an email from her and she said it was a billing issue and thus wrong team talked to me. So then again, wrong info wrong person/support member. They offer me the profil because Im going out there and finding customers. I'm lookin at valuehost right now. Still thinking about dedicated servers also.
Their last email stated that their techs must have misunderstood me. Then they also stated that it was for large reseller plan which they do not offer. All I can say for advice with Imhosted is that there FAQ needs to be more descriptive and also they need to update more info on packaging.

What hosts offer all the profits? I have to say that selling plans was supposed to be free from any caps. So if you have a plan that stated 4000mb which Imhosted does, then with most resellers you can only see up to you your alloted too. So basically you are not capped and you can offer 4000mb of their same plan. Imhosted does host EVRsoft site on vip.dnsprotect.com servers. I'm in the process of moving on to another host which I cannot find any thing bad on, however I don't find anything good either so they must be neutral :) I'll take that any day. And guess what, they offer more a bit more considering perspectives and more coming soon.
Anyway, they boost up front pricing and all and I chatted with their sales and they were very knowledgeable and believe me I tested them on it :).
Terminator1138-Hi Term, this is no spam, but my experience with Lunar pages has been fantastic, as you all know I am such a novice and idiot most of the time (all of the time) but I have emailed Lunar pages and they usually get back to me within 15 minutes, longest has been 26 minutes. granted, mostly novice questions, but worth checking out if you are still researching. Term-PM me and you can look at the C-Panel features they have set up.

Thanks for the info yaga. I have opened up another account with valuhost and I must say their support is so much better. I still have my account with Imhosted however I have moved some crucial clients from there and I'm just waiting for the right time to move since I'm paid up for this year. I will have to check them out. Thanks
