Help With Table Alignment!?!?!

I'm having a problem with my page staying aligned. The link is: My Page (http://www.freespaces.com/exsbeta/home.html)
everything looks fine until you click the logo. It refreshes the page as if you were clicking a home link. Now the page's top and bottom menu tables for the forums and copyrights are all aligned left instead of center, and the bottom table now has margin space under it. I would like it to be like it is displayed when you refresh it, but I'm stumped on how to do it. If someone could....PLEASE HELP. It'll be GREATLY appreciated.

Which forums are you talking about cuz I get a 404 on the top menu one. The rest look fine if you are talking about football and paintball ones. If you dont want to make the logo clickable, dont link it to the main index page. You also have style syntax wrong its supposed to be in the top html before the body tags and you have it in the end of the document. I dont see anything that moves or changes when you click the logo area.
