What can you see in the picture?:

- This was one of my first attempts to create a homepage.

- It was located at http://www.brs.f2s.com (Yes, Freedom2Surf once gave free hosting accounts with 20mb of webspace, php and mysql support, and without any ads! Unfortunatly, they closed this service AFAIK).

- Anyway, as you can see, I love to use grayscale colors, (actually most of the websites I make for myself are grayscale) this time I used the following colors: #c0c0c0 (the text, the horizontal lines, and the corners), #d0d0d0 (the links), #808080 (the hover links and the background both of the main page and of the "Did you know?" box) and the #000000 (the main page background).

- The strange mixture of letters and numbers in the logo is actually "Boris" in Hexadecimal format (l33t me! :D) Anyway, I hope it is, at least this is what FigWIN powered by the HEX font gave me an output when I inputed "Boris".

- Also I made the defenition of the pages like HTML tags (at the top under the menu you see the < News > tag and at the bottom under the line you see the < / News > tag.

- The numbers on the buttons are in bin. code and the represent the address of the site.

- The number on the barcode button and the barcode itself are real, I made it using the barcode generator that can be found somewhere on http://www.milk.com (just seek for the link that contains the word "barcode").

- In the news section, the left image is animated while the one in the center and the right one are static.

- The image in the center at the bottom is animated as well, in fact it's just the same one that is in the news section at the left.

- The "Did you know?" box is made via JS that puts a random info each time you reload the page.

- The broken link to image with an ALT text "SpyLOG" was the image of the counter from http://www.spylog.ru which IMHO one of the most powerfull statistics systems available (If I'm not mistaken, they supposed to have an English interface as well, so if someone interested in it, I'll find the link).

Well I guess I covered all the questions you may (and might) ask about this attachment, if you still got some questions, or remarks or anything else, please post in this thread.

Yeah mine used to be http://www.digitalelixir.f2s.com

It was cool when the offered all that cool stuff for free.
I miss the PHP stuff I'm stuck on www.web1000.com with just a mear html and some linked resources to cgi. Pretty petty stuff. So I've walts into the world of flash.

I figured if I'm gonna be deprived with goodies in the free world I'm gonna just make do with java script and Flash =p

Hey I don't believe in Flash Intros though!! Intros just suck most of the time. You won't find shockwave intro's on mysite!! Ever heh.

Anyone here get into Hell.com? I always wonder what goes on inside that place. LOL
