Not sure why it looks the way it does but the fonts this forum uses looks really odd in Linux. All other pages that I go to on the web look fine, just this site.

This is what other pages look like.

The font family is:
font-family: arial,verdana,geneva,lucida,'lucida grande',arial,helvetica,sans-serif and the font-style is italic. Don't know what Linux is picking from the list.

Just thought I would bring it up. All other sites I visit look ok though.

i wonder if the reason is linux fonts are different than windows ones meaning True Type versus Open type etc. what does linux use? It maybe substituting some

I changed the fonts in Firefox to see if that any effect on the page being displayed, it did not. I am at a lose really as to what is causing it.

I did install some true type fonts like verdana, and arial. Everything looks fine now.
