I am Bruce from Surfers Paradise, Australia
I have a nice Canon cam set up from my unit which looks down on to Surfers Paradise Beach

so I have download this software to see what I can do to make it flash..

any tips would go down very well

Well an easy way to make site to a moderate quality is to use a template, if you can make a logo then I have a good one you could use, all of the difficult bits of formatting etc are done so all you'd have to do is add the content et voila a perfectly servicable and good looking (hopefully) site!
