well it seems a fair enough site, but it seems a tad unprofessional.

The site itself is good, the template is sleek, (though the plans seem to be cutting through it) you will definately want the top of the main site as the top of the page instead of this logo:

Also the ads are a bit screw wiff at the bottom, i would suggest extending the template to put them in a box of their own and if you have to put them on a random showing so only about 4 or so appear at once.
