I've been running Apache (Win 32 -- for Win 2K Pro) on my home PC since January 2002... Just got hacked (don't ask, I know who it was and it was my fault for not changing the codes around -- geek housemates can be such a pita at times!)
Anyhow, I'm in the process of attempting, as my subject says, to resurrect the dead... Part of my problem is I'm having trouble running my CD burner software -- DirectCD, (I'm working on this with Roxio, the software's publisher -- can't access the backup files) but I need to get a copy of 1st page... BUT... On going to Evrsoft.com, clicking on download, then CNET's link, I get the following:
CNET > Downloads > Windows > Web Authoring > HTML Editors > 1st Page 2000
This title is no longer available!
The program you've requested, "1st Page 2000", is not available for download at this time. You might try searching for this title at a later date, or use the search box to look for a similar program now.
Then, everytime I try to download from the alternate site, the 4.nn Mb file (.zip) comes through as an invalid zip file...
Any suggestions??? I do use CoffeeCup HTML editor 9.3, but it would be nice as I switch back and forth for stuff like java, etc... to have a copy of 1st page. Would appreciate someone even e-m'ing me a copy or letting me know when a valid zip is available from the alternate site or download.com at CNET.
TIA!
