Updates should not be double/triple/etc posts, I say if it's been idle for a month and you have something important to say that merits a bump, everything else is editing.

You have posted about offer, which is fine in this forum.....
you then updated on this month on the sixth and then posted again on the seventh. Basically bump is okay from time to time, but really not needed in the ads area. You are wanting ppl to come from her to post in your forum for and this will get the user a free dot org domain as stated in your original post.
The cost of a dot org domain is around 8 bucks. At least that is what I charge from my TLD's. Now you can see that you should haev updated or editted your thread instead of hitting the forum again and drawing attention to this thread.
