Hi, there. I have a simple question. Is there a way that commands borders (such as the ones on divs) to appear on the outside of the box? I know that Internet Explorer already does this, but browsers like Mozilla don't. Mozilla borders come on the inside of the box. Hopefully you guys understand what I'm saying and can answer my question. And by the way, if it is possible, it would be greatly appreciated if you could tell how. Thanks a lot.

I'm afraid it does not. To get the desired effect you have to implement some IE hacks. I think what you are looking for is called faux borders. IE displays it wrong and actually FF gets it right....
HTH :)
maybe this link will help (http://www.maratz.com/blog/archives/2005/03/16/faux-borders-pseudo-table-effect/)

Internet Explorer interprets the CSS wrong and puts the border on the outside, as opposed to the inside of the box. You can check out this box model article (http://www.brainjar.com/css/positioning/default.asp) that better explains box areas.
