Professional site with ads IMO like those are distracting...

A few things, one, accesibility. You have flash on there, which while it's all good to have it, can cause problems for those with flash diasallowed. Correct me if I'm wrong but I can't see a flash alternative. You may want to add some Javascript to detect if the browser has flash player installed and if not to redirect them to a flash free page.

Secondly, is it not finished? The home and contact buttongs are unclickable, whether slicing or image mapping is better for you is your choice but that is something that should be done.

But overall a nice website the design is clean and sound, and it looks very professional. I definately think company on seeing it :)
