I like it, the look is sound, the layout clean, the purpose is quite clear to see.

A few things however, the first being loading times, http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/wso.php?url=http://www.template-online.com/# shows that your site to a 56ker is equivalent to a minutes sitting around waiting. Secondly the code is a little off, *especially* the HTML, have a look at http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A//www.template-online.com/%23, and http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/validator?profile=css2&warning=2&uri=http%3A//www.template-online.com/%23 to fix.

The only other thing would be the top and bottom are a bit of a let down, they are not a clean and confined at the main site, maybe fit them together a little?
