Looking at other sites (http://www.ohioauctioneers.org/) can tell you about how to determine a baseline. Others, like having only one event in three calendar months, can tell you maybe the calendar is overkill.

The front page will determine if people go deeper. Content on the front page does not really compel the reader to go deeper.

The site could stand a redesign to bring is up to the level of other sites. Content and layout could stand to be rethought to better communicate your strong points and uniqueness. I almost missed the testimonials entirely.

Finally, there doesn't seem to be a target user or focus for the site. The site design can improve by starting with a clear business purpose, then working back to design decisions.
