Hello Everyone.

Just recently downloaded 1'st Page 2000. Was wondering how do you get to the section teach me html. Everytime the button is clicked on it keeps sending me to 1'st Page home page.
Any aswers to this question would be helpfull.

Thank You. ;)

Every time the Teach me htm button is pressed instead of going to a doc or txt file it keeps jumping to 1'st Page home page. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated.

There's no need to post same topic twice.

[I have now combined both topics into one - Spock]

Don't mind HZR - he just has to live up to that tough-guy avatar ;)

Don't bother with the [Teach me] Button - Use the reference tab in 1st Page [F2] as a jumping off point to various web resources.

Here are a few sites that have helped me. There are many others.

Bare Bones Guide to HTML (http://werbach.com/barebones/download.html) You can actually download this site as a zipped file.
HTML Goodies (http://www.htmlgoodies.com/primers/basics.html)
Dave's HTML for Beginners (http://www.davesite.com/webstation/html/)
Sizzling HTML Jalfrezi (http://www.jalfrezi.com/iniframe.htm) Some of this is a bit more advanced but works you up from the basics.

Good luck!

And don't double post again, ya newbie weenie! :WTF:

I am in the process of learning html too. The
website that has given me the best advice and is
easiest for me to understand is "htmlgoodies.com"
Navigate there, and learn to your hearts' desire.

P.S. I literally have 3 overstuffed ring-binder notebooks
of the entire site, copied, pasted and printed so that I
can refer to them anytime I want! :)
