Is there any program for Linux that can create Flash-content? Flash is one of the few things that still force me to have Window installed on my machine.

There are great image-editors like Gimp and Corel PhotoPaint absolutely free for Linux. Free video editors are also available.

As far as I know there isn't I think that Adobe has a something in the works but I'm really not sure.

I personally use "WINE" Which is a Windows Emulator runs Windows alot faster than the native enviroment you might try that.
Here is the link:

I run 1stpage and Macromedia inside WINE with the Windows XP OS

Have some fun with this swf I made with EMACS and Flash MX.
Sorry took it down Hope to get it up and running in the future
In zip format.
Feel free to do what you like with it. And remember where you got it lol...

Thank You for Your answer.

I haven't found anything either. So I presume there is no Flash editor for Linux. If Adobe is working on something (which sounds strange to me) it will no doubt be expensive.

I must try Wine. Your flash-movie was fun.

Hi, drak!
I've tuned the wine and installed Macromedia Flash MX 2004. It doesn't start. Says it needs MSVCIRT.dll. How did you solve such a problem (if you had it).

Sincerely
Igor
