If you are installing FP from some kind of zip file, not a .exe file, I have not seen it in that form. Your unzipper could be incompatible with the zipped file. The download file could be corrupted or the download could have corrupted it. Go to Evrsoft.com, go to the FP2006 page, click through the steps to download. This should take you to CNET's Download.com’s page for this program.. Save the FP file to your hard drive. If this does not apply to your situation...

Were you installing FP or were you just starting a version of FP you have run before?
If installed before, what version was it?
What is your Windows version?

If you were installing FP:
Did you first save the loader program to your hard drive?
When did you download the loader file?
Where did you get the loader / installer?
Did you have a previous version of FP installed?
What version of FP is the loader / installer supposed to install?

If you reply with the answers to these questions, someone should be able to offer more help.

Hint: Easy way to reply.
1) Click on the "quote" reply button.
2) Edit to remove the two quote tags.
3) Edit to remove this stuff that is not a question. :)
4) Add lines as needed and type answers following each question.

Galactic, thanks for the reply. I have been using FP 06 for about a month or so, no problems. The nag screen just started showing. I was trying to open from the desk top short cut as I have always done.

Edit: Ok this is too weird, I just tried to re-open FP and it opened no problem. I tried it several times without a hitch. Now can anyone figure this out. Is there an FP administrator out there?
